Description: Hi. Selling a pair of Rota brand heavyweight brushed cotton trousers in like-new condition. The fabric is a heavier weight twill that is a sand color or a very light beige. These trousers are Men's Italian size 52: the waist width measurement is roughly 46 cm flat, the outer leg length is roughly 113 cm, the inseam is roughly 88 cm, the hip measurement is roughly 53.5 cm flat, the thigh measurement is roughly 33 cm flat, the front rise is roughly 26.5 cm when measured flat, the pocket opening width measured flat is roughly 16.5 cm, and the bottom leg opening measurement is roughly 20.5 cm flat. These trousers are 98% organic yarn dyed cotton and have a very small amount of stretch. These dress pants are flat front and are lined to the knee. They have a tapered leg fit, a high quality slim tailored shape, a three point closure waistband, tightly stitched belt loops, high quality buttons, lined pockets and waistband, unhemmed and unfinished leg openings, and pick stitching details. These trousers were handmade in Fidenza, Italy. These are in like-new condition: worn twice and professionally dry cleaned twice, and the buttons, general sizing and shaping, stitching, lining, et cetera is intact. (These will be shipped in a clean condition however will not be shipped in a ready to wear condition, meaning: if you intend to wear these so they look pristine how they look fresh from drycleaning, you will have to have these professionally dry cleaned before wearing them as well as have the leg length/openings hemmed or cuffs added et cetera before wearing these trousers.)
