Description: Beautiful antique Rookwood pottery bowl. We were told this was by E. T. Hurley. We do not have a lot of information on this piece so you’re gonna have to do research on your end as well. It has a unique shape with seven sides. It has a weight of 1 lbs. 12 oz. It is approximately 7 1/2 inches cross at top, largest point due to unique shape. Standing just under 3 inches tall. There are some minor abrasions on outside sides, again minor. There is one tiny flake on bottom rim going upwards. This is so tiny. There is a tiny white speck on inside of bowl, see photograph. In addition, the inside of bowl has lots of fine, abrasions, rubs. You really do not notice this when resting on surface. However, when brought up to the light at angle, you can see these fine surface rubs, abrasions all the way around inside center. There is some additional abrasions, scratches, on inside of body of bowl. Again, you have to put this in the light and rotate it at angle to really notice this. The bottom rim has abrasions, and white spots that when looking under loop have a sheen to them. We are guessing this is production. There are three other small like divots that have a more pronounced cream color to them. Again, see all photographs enlarged. All the green leafs near bottom rim has raised paint. See two examples on photographs. We are trying to be exact as possible as we know pottery people appreciate this. Again, review all photographs enlarged. Ask any additional questions or for more photographs before purchase. This will be a final sale no return item. Will only be shipped to address on sale summary page. No exceptions to this. Ask all questions and for additional photographs before purchase. Cannot be any clearer than this. Final sales no return. Thank you for your interest. It really is a unique gorgeous piece.
