Tiny gathered ruffles accent the lines of the skirt. Lined. Whimsigoth, Witch, Steampunk, Gothic, Victorian, Boho, Lagenlook The soft fabric is 89% Polyester and 11% Metal. Hand washable. Marked as a size 2. See measurements for more information. Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements are doubled for chest, waist and hips. That is the GARMENT measurement...not your measurement. Waist 30" Length from waist to hem 35" Hips 39" ~Very Good to Excellent Vintage Condition~ Some mended area around zipper. Hard to see.
