Difficult to say exactly, but easy to say they are so charming! ~*~ ~ The fabric is a much earlier design, from the mid 1800s , but the scene is from the 1700s. The scene is SO lovely! An 18th century gathering in the woods, with the stream being fed by an angle ~*~ So gorgeous! ~ I love the way the artist depicted the clothing, so wonderfully drawn ~*~ ~ This curtain is so large! ~ It would have been used as a bed curtain , Can you imagine what that bed would have looked like ?? ( please see my other textiles for the matching panels to the set, if you search my store for the words " Romantic Large Curtain " the others will appear . ) This curtain uses a very heavy weight cotton and the backing is a very heavy weight plain weave fabric. The fabric is upholstery weight ! The backing is drastically faded with time from pale blue to a beige ?? I dont really understand it myself! ~ But, let it be known that the backing is drastically unevenly faded ~*~ There is a lovely scalloped edge ~ Lovely to hang as a curtain but wonderful too to repurpose. This textile could be deconstructed and the fabric used for upholstery , curtains you name it ~ there are rings for hanging ~ A heavy , gorgeous panel ~ this panel weighs 7 pounds ! A high quality lovely textile ~ ( this panel has the scalloped edge on the right, my other listings has the left side panel) MEASUREMENTS : This curtain measures 96 inches long by 107 inches wide at the bottom. The top is gathered and measures 52 inches wide CONDITION : This curtain is in as found, not freshly cleaned condition ~The front is in lovely condition indeed but the back is heavily, unevenly faded with time! ~*~ This textile can be machine washed and hung to dry ~*~ Inventory 414
