Description: Rodney Kent silver company hammered aluminum floral basket tray #429. Vintage and used so there are signs of wear and use, has a signature on bottom in stamp mark, see photo, worn and cant make out, have not attempted to clean or polish,handle seems to come off easily and it looks like something round is missing from inside handle to maybe hold handle on for good and secure, i found ut nice for storing, just pops off there and lays down inside basket but upon detauled inspection i dont believe it is suppose to be this way, holds handle on and pick up is no problem, moved and wiggled basket and handle does not come off, maybe why i never noticed....calling it incomplete and broken...
