Description: For sale today is the rare and out-of-print (oop) 2000 AD/Rebellion/DC Comics crossover trade paperback (tpb)/graphic novel Robo-Hunter: Verdus, by John Wagner and Ian Gibson, published in 2004. *Sam Slade used to be one of the best robo-hunters in the business. But he's getting old, and old means slow - and slow means dead! I am not a comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This copy is in very good condition, especially regarding its age, with a solid spine and great inside pages (photo#13 example). It has few and lesser signs of primarily external wear. **Photo#4: -Upper spine corner: Light scuffing. **Photo#5: -Lower spine corner: Light scuffing. **Photo#6: -Front cover top edge: Light if any shelf-wear.-Outer corner: Tiny crease/scuff, goes thru ~8 pages as a light indent. **Photo#7:-Front cover bottom edge: ~5 tiny indents spread along it (photo#10 w/illumination), with some shelf-scuffing around it.-Outer corner: Tiny scuff/bend, goes thru ~20 pages. **Photo#8: -Back cover top edge: Light if any shelf-scuffing/wear.-Outer corner: Tiny scuff/bend, goes thru most pages as a light bend. Last ~5 pages have a light ~1/2" vertical indent around them. **Photo#9:-Back cover bottom edge: 3 tiny scuffs around its middle, otherwise light shelf-scuffing along it.-Outer corner: ~1.5" diagonal crease and depression around the corner (photo#11 w/illumination) that extends thru ~9 pages as a small corner fold, and all pages as a bend/light crease. Nearby ~1" diagonal crease. **Additionally: Front cover possesses a small indent/depression towards the top outer corner. Lighter ~3/4" one near spine edge's middle. Light ~2" scratch near bottom edge's middle (photo#12 w/illumination), with a few lighter ones around cover's center. Back cover has a light ~1/2" indent towards the lower spine corner. Retailer's price sticker over barcode - might come off, I prefer not to mess with them.
