Description: Actor Movie Star Card Photo on Front Biography on Back 6x7" Single page from a huge binder of movie star cards made by Atlas Editions These are nearly 25 years old and were offered originally in 1993 Research info: Atlas Editions Movie Star Cards were released through mail subscription only. and they were perhaps available in 1994 as well, but all cards are copyright 1993, Edito-Service S.A. - Printed in the USA. The cards measure 7 x 5 3/4 inches (18 x 14.5 cm) and they are printed in BLACK and WHITE. All photographs are from the John Kobal collection, the legendary Hollywood photographer. The cards have 2 holes on the left side of each card, as these cards originally were to be collected in a binder that was supplied from Atlas with the subscription's introductory package. The card backs include a detailed history of the featured actor/actress including Date and Place of birth, a major films filmography, awards and more. These cards are all in English. These subscription cards were delivered to buyers by mail in "decks" sent every few weeks. The buyer could then remit payment which would continue the subscription. Originally there were 31 decks with 20 cards in each deck for a total of 620 cards in the set. Cards are numbered on the back. This listing is for only the card shown. This card would be great for collectors. It could be framed or placed into collages or used in a variety of projects. The card would make a great gift for any fan of this entertainer. Card will be shipped flat and marked Do Not Bend in order to arrive in the same condition as it is when sent.
