On the blank verso of a heavy stock 4" X 4 3/4" card bearing a printed line drawing of Chicago's "Tribune Tower" with "1847 1947" beneath, near the top Mayor Kelly and Governor Green each sign large and bold in blue ballpoint and McCormick signs large and bold in pencil. This unusual trio, clearly obtained at some centennial celebration, are accompanied by an original 6½" X 8½" black-and-white glossy news agency photograph, a head-and-shoulders portrait of Governor Green.
