Description: ABOUT THIS CARD: 1949 Carreras Turf-brand "Famous Film Stars" tobacco card #37 Robert Donat, uncut full slide. Most collectors would cut the card from the slide, this is the uncut full slide—if you look at the factory fold-lines, this piece would have a box portion containing the product slipped around it (this is the "10" size, there were also double-wide 2-card "20" sized panels referring to the number of items within the box). Vintage card issued out of Great Britain in 1949. Bordered area of card measures approximately 1-1/2" x 2-5/8 inches; full slide is same width but about 5 inches long. GRADING - CONDITION: Grades VG or 4/10 due to a faint crease through both of the "10 Turf" panels; spots of toning/foxing over front with a toned reverse. Scans show both sides of actual card for sale.
