(see notes below regarding grading). Sold as-is. Condition of Label: EX Condition of Jacket: VG+, Promo Cover. Cover is personalized to "Marsha" and is signed by both R.J. and DeDe Rice. NOTE: Obviously, I can make no guarantee regarding the authenticty of the signatures, you are buying as is. That said, the LP was in a group of LP's I picked up from a former DJ, along with a few other signed LP's in the lot. Inner Sleeve Included (Yes/No): Yes Contains these songs: Side 1: Keep Dancin'; Stay With Me. Side 2: Serenade; War; Fantasy. Grading/Condition Descriptions (unless otherwise noted, grading is by visual inspection): Mt = Mint. Perfect and in sealed, original shrink-wrap/packaging. I use this Grade rarely, if ever. NrMt = Near Mint. As close to perfect as you can get, no visible scuffs/scratches. Played only a couple times, at most. EX+ = Excellent +. Vinyl may have 1 or 2, if any, minor surface scuffs, but certainly no scratches. Label has no evidence of wear, no writing and sharp coloring. Jacket has no seam splits, no creases, clean edges/corners, no ring-wear, no writing. EX = Excellent. Vinyl has only a couple minor surface scuffs, but certainly no scratches. Label has very slight evidence of wear, no writing and sharp coloring. Jacket has no seam splits, no creases, very minor chipping at edges/corners, very minor ring-wear, no writing. EX- = Excellent -. Vinyl has a few surface scuffs, but certainly no scratches. Label has slight evidence of wear, no writing and sharp coloring. Jacket has no seam splits, no creases, very minor chipping at edges or minor bumped corners, minor ring-wear, no writing. VG+ = Very Good +.
