Genuine Brother LC-3333 series ink cartridges cannot simply be refilled. The cartridges have a chip which tells the printer a cartridge is empty. You can however convert your genuine cartridges into refillable cartridges using the rihac DIY refillable cartridge kit which comes with a chip resetter. This particular listing is for inks only which are generally used to refill our DIY refillable cartridge kit (Avialable on ebay here). The genuine Brother LC-3333 ink cartridges use a pigment BK which provides a sharper text output, is more water resistant and fades significantly slower than dye based inks.
