Description: Early concept art for Ridley Scott's "Alien", the classic 1979 sci-fi horror film, featuring here a rendering of the "Interior Dome" on the Nostromo spaceship, showing what looks to be Ripley's character suspended upside down. Notations on sheet read, "INTERIOR DOME" and "Padded Blister", referring to part of the set design. Artwork was done in 1977, signed "Scott" at bottom, possibly by Ridley Scott, but more likely Elliot Scott, a Hollywood production designer. Artwork is rendered in pen and marker in colors of grey, black and tan on lightweight artist paper. Measures 17" x 9.5". Near fine condition. From the collection of former 20th Century Fox executive Peter Beale, whose COA accompanies the lot. We accept PayPal and Credit cards via Paypal.
