Decorated with a hand painted scene of an Elizabethan house with trees, sheep, foliage, and a body of water framed by gold bands and gold floral and scrollwork designs over wide. Has a pink border and gold highlights to the gadrooned edge and handles. Has the pattern number 1321 in red. Otherwise unmarked. Produced by John & William Ridgway. Circa 1830s. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 1/4 inches wide from handle to handle. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
