I am not the original owner of this and did not get the charger cord with this…I got it with the battery nearly empty just showing one red bar…it comes on and works briefly but then runs out due to the battery not having a charge…I do not know the quality of the battery included when fully charged (which is replaceable) so I would ask if you are purchasing this to already have a charge cable and a spare battery in case the one included is not charging full. Because I have not personally done a full cleaning in my house with this because the battery was rundown I am offering this parts/repair no returns because I am not taking returns or paying for a return shipment as this is a larger item to send out. My items are discreetly marked so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
