There are NO RETURNS on Factory Sealed Cd’s, Video Games, or DVD’s if the item has been opened. DVD’s may have price stickers on Jewel cases or factory shrink wrap. Item MUST be returned in the exact same condition as detailed in auction. If the item is factory sealed it must be returned factory sealed. If tags on item must be returned with tags still attached. Refunds will only be issued for the original amount of the auction price (not including shipping & handling fees), minus a 20% restocking fee. In the case of items with free shipping, the original shipping fees will additionally be deducted from the auction price refund. You are getting what you see photographed and described in the listing. Unless it is a stock photo of course then please refer to the description. Do not assume the item comes with anything other than what is described or photographed. On auction lots I will NOT sell the item lower than the opening bid. Often the opening bid on an auction lot is our cost on the item. On Buy it Now items of course feel free to make an offer if there is a make an offer option.
