Very easy to change if you want a clear bulb, you just unscrew brass acorn nut. To use as a perfume burner you put a drop of perfume on top of mushroom in the cup shaped circle. The I.W. Rice company made many night lights but this retro mushroom screams MCM. No chips or cracks.
