Description: “Rhythm" is an Art Deco inspired homage to the Harlem Renaissance originally created by Ty Wilson from hand torn paper then subsequently printed in the 80s or 90s. This print measures 21.75” x 32” framed and is printed with silver metallic foil accents which appear gray in my pictures (difficult to photograph). It is signed lower right corner, partially obscured by the simple silver metal gallery style frame. Please ask any and all questions prior to offer or purchase. Note: we apologize for the high shipping cost but all our carriers have raised their rates exorbitantly on oversized and heavy items of which this is both. We would be willing to ship without frame at a lowered cost. Please contact us before so we can adjust the shipping cost. Thanks!! “Ty Wilson’s elegant and stylish illustrations were an immediate success in the advertising and fashion worlds. His work was used by such giants as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Macy’s and Bloomingdales, as well as top fashion designers and advertising agencies. He has also designed posters for the Broadway revival of Noel Coward’s, Hayfever, and the Vernal Bagneris musical Staggerlee, to name a few. Wilson’s illustrative artwork portrays and captures a bygone era when romance and elegance reigned. His bold, minimal line drawings elicit feelings of fun, romance and sophistication. His art creates a mood with as few lines as possible.”
