It has been freshly rewired, the brass polished and the paint has been refreshed and lacquered for years of enjoyment to come. The sockets are by H&H (Hart & Hegeman Co) who made lighting in the early to mid 1900's. The sockets have been cleaned, tested, rewired and are working great. The chandelier is made of cast iron with solid brass details including the chain, which is special. You could add or remove chain links to adjust the length if needed. The fixture is hand-painted with antique gold, turquoise blue and red. What a stunner! The antique glass shades are gorgeous with no chips or cracks. Use 5 standard-base light bulbs up to 60 watts each, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light.Light bulbs not included.
