Restored and rebuilt VW German Pierburg Square top fuel pump 113127025D

Description: These are professionally rebuilt and restored German Pierburg Square top fuel pumps, VW part number 113127025D. Each fuel pump is fully disassembled. Each part is measured and checked for wear. Any worn item is replaced. All the parts are cleaned in an industrial parts cleaner. Each casting is checked for cracks or damage. The casting are then mounted on fixtures and the mating surfaces are leveled flat on a milling machine for a perfect, leak free seal. The inlet/outlet valves are checked and sealed. The original Pierburg diaphragm assemblies are rebuilt using brand new OEM Effbe diaphragms that are rated for ethanol. The fuel pumps castings are media blasted to remove any oxidation and stains. It returns the casting to looking bright and new. The main diaphragm assembly is preloaded to spec with a factory VW tool.All the steel parts are stripped of their remaining zinc plating. They are then re-bright zinc plated for years of corrosion resistance. The brass inlet/outlet fuel tubes are removed from the top casting. They are cleaned and then pressed back into the casting with a Loctite retaining compound that swells around the tubes in the bores, locking the tubes in place. They won't ever come out again. These original German PIerburg fuel pumps are vastly superior to any new fuel pump sold today. They put out 3psi. They have retaining "C" clips on the rocker pins so they won't back out.
