Vintage Print. 11.5" x 8.75" including paper margins. Ready to frame and display. Edgar Degas (French, 1834-1917) painted this work circa 1874. He created three similar versions of this scene. The original work is oil with traces of watercolor and pastel over pen and ink drawing. It depicts dancers in poofy tutus rehearsing a scene. Several suited onloookers look almost bored while watching the performance. All my art prints are shipped stored in poly sleeves with rigid backing to protect the work.
