Installation is performed with EVERLOC+ compression-sleeve tools. Follow all published REHAU Technical Guidelines. EVERLOC+ polymer fittings are produced from a polyphenylsufone (PPSU) material. EVERLOC+ LF brass fittings are produced from ECO Brass (UNC C69300 or CW724R). EVERLOC+ compression sleeves are produced using a specially formulated PEXa material and are designed specifically for use with EVERLOC+ fittings. All EVERLOC+ fittings and sleeves comply with the lead-free requirements of the U.S. Safe Drinking Water Act. Order PEXa compression sleeves separately from fittings. EVERLOC+ polymer fittings as sleeves are manufactured by REHAU in a plant using a quality management system that is certified to ISO 9001. EVERLOC+ fittings in the sizes and configurations listed below are certified by NSF International for use in potable water applications in accordance with NSF/ANSI 14/61, as well as FIREPEX residential fire sprinkler systems in accordance with UL 1821.
