Drawn in circa 1920's by Hermann Richter (1875 - 1941), a German artist who lived and painted in California in the early part of the 20th century. He came to the U.S. in 1927, and lived in California for 14 years. He painted portraits of local people as well as landscapes and seascapes. He was also a prominent mural artist. He died in San Diego, California on May 03, 1941. Individual works have brought up to $5,000 in galleries and auction.
