Description: Red+Green Laser Dichroic Beam Combiner Mirror HR 532nm HT 635nm Dichro w/ Mount Mounted 10mm diameter dichro made to combine red and green lasers. This was used to combine a low power 635nm diode laser aiming beam (available in our store) with a 3W 532nm green DPSS laser. The dichro reflects green and transmits red at 45 degrees. The center of the optic is about 21mm high and can be used with beams up to around 4mm diameter. The last few pictures shows the dichro in action, combining red and green lasers for a yellow output. The adjustable mount is interesting. It uses low temperature solder to hold the optic in place. You can melt the solder by applying a low voltage across the terminals on the ceramic heater between the optic and the base. Once the optic is aligned, remove power to the heater and the solder hardens again, permanently locking the optic in place. The heater resistance is about 40 ohms and in testing here, was able to melt the solder with 12V applied.
