Description: This is a floating shelf that I made out of 100+ year old, Oak barn timber bracing. Each shelf has it’s own unique characteristics and personality…from knot holes, to antique nails, hammer marks, unique shape, worm holes, etc. The brackets are recessed so that they hang flush to the wall giving the illusion that they are floating. The picture of the shelf that is hanging up, is the one that I made for my wife, but is to give you an idea of how they look when they are hanging up. It is approximately 38 inches long, 5 5/8 inches wide (at it’s widest point) and almost 2 inches thick. Reasonable offers accepted. Local pick up is also available. Thank you for looking.
