Description: For your consideration at this wonderful auction is a rare and RECAPPED Apple IIe Card with Y-Cable. It is compatible with any supported Macintosh LC, Performa or Color Classic systems with a vacant Processor Direct Slot (PDS) and System 7.5. Requires a Motorola 68020 or 68030 Processor and at least 8 Megabytes of RAM. 68040 Systems including the Macintosh Quadra 605 and LC 575 may function as long as System 7.5.3 or System 7.5.5 are installed without 32-bit Memory Addressing enabled (Mac OS 7.6.1 will not allow this card to work). Item is pulled from a working environment and was tested on an LC 550 (Performa 550) with System 7.5.5 and 36MB of RAM and determined to be functional correctly and working successfully. The required application drivers are not included and may be acquired and installed separately as a downloadable file from Macintosh Garden website. The rare and proprietary Y-shaped cable with Joystick and Floppy Drive connectors is included, it is part number 590-0703-A. The white peg on the edge of this card is not included, it is optional and originally designed to hold the card firmly against the Mac logic board. Apple 5.25" or 3.5" Floppy Drives and Joysticks are not included and sold separately. This item is from 1992 and was originally sold with Apple product part number M0444LL/A and M0444LL/D. Card will be shipped in an anti-static wrapped bag after being tested and verified on a working system. Please see pictures; item is sold as-is. I will ship domestic and international.
