Description: Up for sale here is this recap kit for a pair of JBL L36 or L36A Decade speakers. This will let you completely recap a set of two (2) L36 or L36A speakers. These are brand new Supertech MPT (metallized polypropylene film) capacitors, which are super-high-quality and will sound nice and clear. There are two 16 uf capacitors (to wire in parallel with the 0.5 uf capacitors to replace the old 16.5 uf caps), two 6 uf capacitors, two 3 uf capacitors, and two 0.5 uf capacitors. The old caps are pretty bad by this point, but these new film caps will get your speakers singing again! These are fairly easy to install as long as you know what you're doing. You will need a decent soldering iron, solder, a Philips screwdriver, wire cutters, and a hot glue gun, rubber cement, and probably some zip-ties or clamps to aid in mounting the caps. Please note that the new capacitors are much larger than the old ones, because they are so much higher-quality.
