Description: Offered from an estate lot is a Realistic/Radio Shack R1000E cartridge, made by Shure, on a Realistic headshell. The cartridge has good continuity, but the stylus cantilever is bent to one side (last picture). It might still function, the jewel looks good under a microscope, but count on replacing it for best results. The original stylus is marked Shure RS EB. The headshell is nice with wear where the cartridge mounting screws are tightened down. I don't have a turntable to test this with, so it is offered as-is as-found. Thank you for looking!
