In addition, Maria serves as a Real Estate Finance Specialist and APC Assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Maria currently teaches Real Estate Modelling in the Global Masters in Real Estate Development program at IE School of Architecture and Design in Madrid, Spain, and is a D&I Editorial Advisor for Property Week, the leading news magazine in the commercial and residential property market in the United Kingdom.
