The remainder of the pack will be good or better condition. Does not include detachable straps, such as lower cinch straps. These packs are the ILBE replacements. The Packs are used from genuine US military surplus and most are dirty. These are used and have wear in places as illustrated in the photos, but all buckles, snaps and zippers are functional and the pack is very usable (May be missing one draw string around the hood). Most likely dirty and needs washing and may have identification marking or labels.
