Especially if you live in a humid climate.There are a couple ways to use. 1. remove glow plug and put 5-6 drops into glow plug hole. 2. remove air filter and put 5-6 drops into carburetor. 3 . remove backplate and apply 5-6 drops directly to rear bearing and crankshaft. Whichever application method you choose after putting in the oil ( do not start the engine) but rotate the engine a few times to circulate the oil in the engine by either pulling the pullstarter a couple times, putting on starter box for a couple seconds, or simply rotating engine by hand to circulate the oil.
