It was published with green ink (hard to read) on a mimeograph machine. (I had one, too, and I used it to print my fanzines. I used black ink, though.) This is a small run from a California press, in hardback, with a dust jacket illustrated by Hannes Bok. There were three states. The one shown is the trade hardcover edition. (The other two were signed by Bradbury, at an additional cost.) The retail price as shown on the dust jacket flap is $35. It was published in 2007. ** The book is in mint condition.
