Fulton introduced purpose-designed loudspeaker and Interconnect wiring to our audiophile world. Additionally, he was always unhappy and critical of the then-popular speaker wire connection methods, used between the audio amplifiers and loudspeakers. In particular, he detested the still-popular today " banana jack " as a means of speaker wire termination. In the last several years of his life ( 1925 - Sept. 13, 1988 ) Robert developed / invented the " Fulton Connector " ( US Patent Granted ). Only a small number of these were made and distributed.
