Description: Up for sale is a rare one of a kind World War Two ( WW II ) personal photo album of a sailor from the U.S.S. Louisville. The sailors name ( A.L. Rudolph ) is marked on the front of the album and has some of his crew mates name and signatures inside. This album dates from 1939 to 1941. The rare part of this album are the photos & post cards of the German battleship ( The Admiral Graf Spee ). Pictures show the ship coming into the harbor of Montevideo , Uruguay in December of 1939 and the funeral service of the dead German sailors. Plus pictures of the ships commander ( Hans Langsdorff ) and the scuttling of the Graf Spee. See Wikipedia for the complete history.
