Description: I've never seen another of these, and suspect it was made for researchers designing/building the original U.S. Army Pershing I Ballistic Missile System. It's made of a dense plastic, possibly colored lucite, and has gold foil graphics. It has a standard metal tie-clasp reverse mated to the plastic. I doubt this piece is unique, but there certainly can't have been too many of these made back in the late 50's or early 60's. This is a super cool, and rare piece of cold war paraphernalia.
