VINTAGE PERMANENT PIGMENTS OIL PAINTING SET #38 circa 1960-70 BRAND NEW / SEALED!.Great addition to any of this type of collection!!...after researching the internets we could not find an exact match with this set number that was still sealed.! Hence the rare claim. Box is approx. 13" long, and 5.75" wide. Again sealed in original shrink plastic. Due to lower set number this could be from the 1960"s however that is not confirmed. and is an estimate. plastic has marks and scratches, with some obvious denting in the styrofoam bottom. please see photos to determine your own opinion of condition prior to purchasing....
