I've taken pictures of all the defects I see...ink in lining, a pink spot that isn't nail polish, 2 small dark spots on the back, a light spot on the front, and a snag across the leather strap on the underside of the strap. There is no hang tag, she never had one when I bought her. All corners are in great shape. She could use a spot cleaning and brushing on the outside, but other than the things listed, she's gorgeous and still ready to be carried without doing anything to her. She's clean on the inside. I cannot tell you how perfect this bag sits on the shoulder and how perfect it leans into your side making this one effortless to carry. She holds A LOT. this is a big bag. She compliments everything you wear.
