Description: This is for a vintage model kit from Hometown Series/Wabash Valley Models, it is new, never been assembled. One (1) HO Scale Hometown Series Markle Mill kit. The Simpson Grain Co. appears on the instructions and the prototype sat along the Eire (EL) in Markle, IN. The prototype building at one time stood at Markle Indiana but stopped operation in 1952. To the best of my knowledge it is complete, however, it is being sold as is due to it being a vintage item. The instructions are included and what looks to be complete materials. Free Shipping
