Description: 1936 SUPREME MODEL 500 AUTOMATIC DELUXE SERIES TUBE TESTER with original manuals and sales brochure. Condition is excellent for being 88 years old. Some light scratches in case. One bottom rubber foot is missing, and one is in a zip lock bag inside the case. Easy replaceable. I would say this is one of the nicest antique tube testers made in its day. High-quality beautiful oak cabinet with heavy leather carry handle. Art deco copper etched instrument panel. I restored the electronics some years back by replacing capacitors that are usually leaky with age. It was tested working at that time, but there are no guarantees now, as it has been sitting for a few years on my display shelves. I did plug in, and it came on as shown in the pictures. Also, meters are shown working with voltage adjust. This tube tester is a beautiful work of art and technology. It just looks great as a museum static display as well. Great for any radio related collection. You will need to check it out before operating as it has been sitting for a while. Look at pictures carefully and ask any questions before purchasing.
