One crease in upper right corner. Some small tears in outer cover edge. Tears at the staples and some creasing along spine. All pages present. No removed ads. Very rare to have survived for 75 years. Some of stan lee's earliest work to oversee. No other examples currently on ebay for sale. This category of comics is on the rise.
