Description: Here we have a fab small vintage Selcol toys "Ballo" handheld pinball/bagatelle game. Selcol were established in 1953 and most of their shares were sold to an umbrella factory in 1964. So it would likely date between those dates. Lovely circus/clown theme, I'm sure this is very nostalgic to someone out there. It measures approximately 4.5 inches by 2.5 inches.
