Description: Introducing the vintage 1962 Rolex Submariner 5512, featuring a unique ULTRA-RARE "Kissing-L" explorer underline, meters first dial and a Pointed Crown Guard (PCG) case. This watch features an Omni directional bezel that's been faded with age. Comes on a Rolex 7206 bracelet with 58 endlinks. The engraving on the bracket is "4 62" dating this bracelet to 1962. The caseback dated "1 62" indicating it's also from 1962. The case serial number is 76xxxx which is also indicative of 1962. The braclet has 12 links and is bigger than my 7.5in wrist (around 8in I believe). The hands will still illuminate under a bright light, but ony lasts a few seconds. I have not tested the accuracy of the 1560 movement and have not pressure tested this watch. This watch is running and no issues present. Unknown service history, unknown owner history. Unknown polishing, thought it appears to have factory finish and bevels are very clean.
