Description: Vintage 1950’s Olympic York barbell. This bar has recessed knurl which means the knurl is ground into the bar on a lathe. This bar is not rackable in modern rack J hooks. I use mine for floor work like dead lifts and bent over rows. This bar is straight, sleeves spin and have been oiled. Brass bushings oiled. The bar has great patina.
