Description: RARE Vintage 1950s Men’s Size Medium Black Beach Party drawstring bathing suit Up for bids, this rare, collectable, vintage swimsuit from the 1950s or possibly 1960s looks like something Frankie Avalon might have worn in all those Beach Blanket movies. I’m sorry I can’t tell you much about this item as there is no brand logo to identify it and no manufacturer tags inside except for a small label showing it is a size medium. I’m guessing it is constructed of some kind of stretch nylon or polyester with a white inner drawstring and a partial front inner lining constructed of some kind of stretch cotton blend. Laid flat the suit waist measures approximately 15 inches across, approximately 7 inches wide at the hip and stretches to approximately 23 inches. This pre-owned suit is solid black with red, black and white graphic print panels on each side and tied together with black drawstrings. It is still in excellent condition for its age with double stitch construction and all seams still in tact. It could still be great for working out at the gym, swimming, or sunning by the pool and PERFECT for showing off your HOT swimmer’s build at the beach.
