This cel set-up, "Tea Time with Mary", is inspired by Sequence One, Scene 62 of the film: On a magical "Jolly Holiday" into the fantasy world Bert's chalk pavement picture, Mary Poppins and Bert find a picturesque tea shop, complete with an unusual group of penguin waiters. The artwork has been printed on premium-quality, acid-free paper by Custom Color of Glendale, California using a Lightjet process. As a finishing touch, each background has been personally signed by Both Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke to celebrate their participation in the classic film.
