Description: The story behind this one is very odd. The knife was never used to cut anything and is absolutely in pristine condition. However, and this is a somewhat common occurrence with this particular type of steel from what I have read, the blade has a crack in it from where the blade hole ends down to the factory edge. The owner had the blade between his thumb and finger while applying pressure (as if to check for looseness or play) and the blade simply cracked from the sideways pressure. I have no idea if Spyderco has the capacity to replace the blade and have not sent it into them to see what their diagnosis is. This is a VERY rare blade so before I send it in I am giving someone else a chance at it. Just know that this knife is sold as is. Comes with box and original paperwork.
