The species is native to the Indian subcontinent and Indo-China.The plant has local names such aspipul ,gajpipul, and tiakathal. It is a large climbing plant with a thick stem and broad, thick, glossy, dark green leaves with silver striations. She is a very well established one with multiple nodes, and aerial roots. Standing at 14" tall by 11" wide and leaves measure 4.5" long by 3" wide. Their color variations are green, dark green, and silver. A fast grower. Place in a medium to bright room away from direct sunlight, pot in an aroid mix and water when the top inch or 2 of soil feels dry.
