This has a handwritten pencil inscription. Although the lettering looks like "W.O.C." I believe it actually reads "U.O.C. of Long Beach" which would be Union Oil Company. All the other Oil Field RPPCs from this collection, coming from an old album, date to the early 1920s and this likely also dates from circa 1921-1923.
