Rare Robert Kipniss 1969 Large Color Mezzotint Number 3 of only 4 copy editions

Description: Just out of a local smoke free house is this Rare 1969 Vintage Robert Kipniss large colored mezzotint that was done in a very limited number. This print is number 3 of only 4 made and is marked 3/4. With the frame it measures about 27 7/8 inches high and about 23 3/4 inches wide. The matted exposed window measures about 20 3/4 inches high and about 16 3/4 inches wide. The print was set into a gold frame, matted, and sealed on the back. We were told the original owners of a NYC estate that they had met the artist and purchased this artwork from him. It is pencil signed by the artist and edition numbered 3/4. The artwork is in excellent condition. The frame has some small losses and scuffs. See photos as they are part of the description.
