The tag is not reflective of today’s sizing & fit. *** This coat is stunning, so luxe, & truly amazing quality. Over 20 years old & it still looks & feels so good. I bought this at one of the first Bebe shops to open in the US in Kansas City on the Plaza in 2000. It was between 700-1000 at that time, price is reflective of the condition, & rarity it’s a true grail score. Very few were made, I have never seen this exact coat anywhere else. The last time it was worn was to a wedding in 2007. It has been stored hanging in a garment box in a temperature controlled environment. The leather suede is still really soft & pliable & the fur is so fluffy, soft & warm. The fur has gorgeous color variations. It really is close to one of a kind. It has a few slight creases & slight color variations that are probably from the passage of time. There is a slight wear spot on the upper back a bit larger than a dime, these are all photographed & part of the listing. I am pretty sure a professional cleaning by someone who specializes in or understands fur & leather would make it even more extraordinary. It has 4 fairly large/deep pockets at the hip on both sides, so you have 2 inside & 2 outside pockets which ever way you wear it. By each pocket being fairly large I gauged that by putting a new iPhone in an otter box case in & there was still plenty of room for ID, & keys. There is a loop on the upper back to hang it from ( I never used that ) and hook & loop closures up the front are original & intact, I would recommend getting them tightened /re-sewn to ensure that you don’t lose one.
