It is in very good condition and there are no issues...buttons are fine, no holes, odors, rips or stains. It is made from 100% cotton. This has been freshly laundered. It is made by Diamond Supply Company and I believe this came out in 2014. They also made a t-shirt, a bucket hat and low "black hemp" shoes (like Vans deck shoes). I have not seen any button up shirts in this pattern from Diamond Supply.
